Position Description

Growing equipment rental company in Wilmington has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable and Receivables Clerk.
Applicants should have the following experience:
a. Quick books
b. Excel & MS Word
c. Bilingual – preferred – English/Spanish
d. Will be responsible for preparing rental invoices and billing clients.
e. Schedule rental dates, and ensure clients make payments.
f. Should be detail oriented and maintain records organized.
g. Post invoices and payments on Quick books.
h. Prepare reports for management using Quick books and Excel.
i. Applicant should be responsible and reliable to work daily and arrive to work in a timely manner.
Work days are Monday to Friday
Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $16.00-19.00 – based on experience
